We are going to say bye bye to conventional technology, HDMI which to be replaced to Ethernet Cable.
HDBaseT can transfers audio and video signals over ordinary RJ-45 ethernet cables. This technology is created by LG,Samsung,Sony Picture Entertainment and Valens Semiconductor since over 6 months ago.
Previously, the appearance of HDMI is to against the conventional A/V cable.
HDBaseT will be able to deliver full-HD video, audio, Web connectivity, and power over one cable simultaneously.HDBaseT cable could carry out 100 meters long while HDMI cable just can support for few meters long. Beside, this new cable could also carry 100watt power via the cable.
In Future, this "only" cable will replace other "Many" cables like data-sounds or data-graphic function. Multi cable behind the TV will be replaced with the "only 1 cable".But, This old technology cable will not totally replaced by new cable soon. The new cable will be becoming more widely adopted during 2011.
